What does “Made in USA” really matter?
Continuity of each ties construction. Each tie made in the USA is self-tipped, fully lined, and utilizes slip stitching that gives the “look” of being “hand-made”. These ties are basically made using techniques of modern machinery operated by a worker that is able to incorporate his/her personal skill.
What does “Made in Italy” really mean?
Each tie is crafted by an individual using skills learned over decades of perfecting their talent and expertise. Each tie contains a tag with the name of the person who actually hand made the tie. This is the significance and statement of the Casa di Vita label.
What is your “shipping policy”?
For orders of two or more ties, we will ship free to the USA. International orders will be shipped using UPS standard rates. Special shipping will be available upon request. Free shipping is UPS ground. Shipping for one tie to the USA, $9.95 UPS ground.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and e-checks through PayPal.
We use PayPal to keep your order secure. However, you will not need a PayPal account to purchase from us.
What does “stain resistant” mean?
Stain Resistant Ties resist staining due to the finish process utilized during the completion of the fabric. This makes the tie much less likely to be stained. All fabrics can be stained if common sense is not used.
What is your return policy?
To get a refund or product exchange, the ties must be unworn/new condition and postmarked within 14 days of purchase date. Please include your receipt and whether you request refund or which tie you would like to receive in exchange. Credit for your return will be issued back to your method of original payment. We do not issue refunds for any shipping charges. We highly recommend that you utilize “delivery confirmation” on all returns.
